Mission: The Management Assistant Trainee will be responsible for supporting the hotel’s management team in administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficiency of internal processes. This position is essential for ensuring coordination between departments and continuous improvement of administrative procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Support administrative and operational management: Ensure the efficiency of internal processes.
  • Perform administrative tasks: Related to planning, result analysis, and support to hotel departments.
  • Organize and attend meetings: Both strategic and operational.
  • Improve administrative procedures: Propose and implement optimization suggestions.
  • Coordinate between departments: Ensure alignment with management directives.
