Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and directors.
  • Coordinate and plan daily activities, ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Manage and maintain calendars, time schedules, and agendas for C-level executives.
  • Develop and improve office and administrative routines to enhance productivity.
  • Arrange travel, meetings, and events for executives and other team members.
  • Prepare presentations and promotional materials as required.
  • Execute personal and management tasks as needed for C-level executives, handling everything necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with various ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative expertise.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Digital competence, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with managing events is a plus.
  • Background in law is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree is required.
  • Experience in event management is a strong advantage.
  • Legal knowledge or background in law is preferred but not mandatory.
