Description

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Supporting the department head in day-to-day operations and taking on administrative and organizational tasks (e.g., appointment management, meetings, budget and documentation maintenance)
  • Coordination of cross-departmental projects, coordination with internal and external interfaces, and participation in special topics and process optimizations.
  • Support in the management and further development of the Project Management Office (PMO) as well as ensuring compliance with methods, processes and standards.
  • Development, implementation and maintenance of standardized project management and bid standards, taking into account company-wide requirements.
  • Operational and methodological support for projects and services, especially in the proposal, initiation, and control phases.
  • Planning, moderation and execution of workshops and training courses for project participants, as well as promotion of knowledge transfer.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Completed studies or comparable qualification in the field of economics, project management or administration
  • Experience in project management/PMO environments as well as in the analysis of key performance indicators and reports.
  • Structured, analytical and independent work style with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., project management software, reporting tools, MS Office) and an affinity for process optimization.
  • Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across departments and moderate workshops.
  • High service orientation, reliability and experience in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Experience in administrative and organizational tasks such as appointment management, meeting preparation, documentation, and supporting managers in day-to-day operations
  • A high degree of reliability, discretion, and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously.
