JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Managing and coordinating daily schedules, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Acting as a liaison between executives, employees, and external partners, and handling follow-up emails and phone calls with clients.
  • Preparation, editing and organization of documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ensuring efficient organization of files and records.
  • Facilitating the planning and execution of meetings and various events.
  • Conducting research and preparing reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, marketing materials, and financial documents.
  • Communication with customers, suppliers and partners regarding sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Organization and maintenance of files and records with a focus on sales data, marketing materials, and financial documentation.
  • Participation in financial planning processes.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Recent graduate (or with a Master’s degree), preferably in business administration. Candidates with technical, medical, legal or other backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
