It is a structured programme that allows for an in-depth exploration of interest in the chemicals industry and develop their professional skills and competencies. For the duration of FLP, our Future Leaders will be rotated to work on special mission projects across various Business Lines.

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE

On-the-job learning starts immediately when you are placed in a real role under the supervision of a senior business leader. The hands-on experience is complemented by specific rotations to related job units to better understand the different functions. Expect learning to be steep and you will need to be highly self-driven, proactive, resourceful and resilient.
