Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Manage confidential communications and documents with discretion
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
  • Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
