That idea quickly turned into action, with the first prototype built during a 24-hour sprint. The ShopBack Management Associate Trainee Program is a 12-month rotational experience designed to develop future leaders. You’ll gain exposure to multiple teams, tackle high-impact challenges, and work directly with leaders across the company.
