Job Title: IMT Management Consultant, Strategist & Planner

Location: Remote (Canada-based, occasional on-site in Edmonton)

Rate: CAD 80/hr C2C or CAD 70/hr W2

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in business, management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years experience leading strategic discussions with executives and multi-stakeholder teams.
• 7+ years with cloud platforms and enterprise-scale data services.
• 5+ years developing business cases, risk assessments, program/project plans.
• 5+ years creating strategic plans, roadmaps, prototypes, or blueprints.
• 3+ years designing and implementing data management frameworks and governance models.
• 3+ years architecting AI/ML and analytics services at enterprise/government scale.
• 3+ years applying privacy, security, and compliance requirements to data/AI.
• 3+ years building secure CI/CD pipelines for data/AI services.
• 1+ year designing and implementing generative or agent-based AI solutions.

IMT Management Consultant to support the Goverment initiative. This program aims to build a federated data ecosystem to better leverage data assets across ministries for analytics, AI/ML, data sharing, and improved citizen services.
The consultant will provide strategic leadership, planning, and design support for data platform and AI services. The role involves working with executives, cross-ministry teams, and technical staff to align business goals with data strategy, while enabling secure and ethical use of data and AI.
