WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our Strategy & Consulting – Financial Services team in Singapore, focusing on Capital Markets transformation.
If you are passionate about driving innovation in financial institutions, improving front-to-back processes, and leveraging automation and emerging technologies, this could be the right opportunity for you.
As part of the team, you’ll work with global banks, private banks, and capital markets institutions to drive digital and operating model transformation. From enhancing trading workflows and client onboarding to enabling regulatory compliance and automation, your work will help shape the future of financial services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, define, and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional needs.
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes, workflows, and systems, identifying control gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or digital enhancement.
  • Deliver target operating models (TOMs) and process reengineering solutions for capital markets, trading operations, and private banking environments.
  • Work with Order Management Systems (OMS), core banking platforms, and trading infrastructure to support business-driven transformation.
  • Lead or support programs involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA), chatbot deployment, and other intelligent automation use cases.
  • Support and manage offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, deliverable tracking, and quality output across regions.
  • Lead PMO functions on large programs—manage timelines, stakeholder communication, issue tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment on system design, data requirements, and integration.
  • Coordinate and execute UAT, testing plans, training, and post-go-live support to ensure successful implementation of systems and processes.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes (e.g., MAS, EMIR, MIFID) and digital trends to inform client strategy, compliance needs, and best practices.
