Role description: Role accountabilities: The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work and network effectively within a matrix organization while successfully managing multiple projects and priorities. They should be comfortable collaborating in teams composed of multiple client personnel, Arcadis colleagues, and third-party consultants to plan, manage, and execute OCM tasks efficiently and on schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication, time and budget management, and organizational skills are essential. The candidate should also be proficient in creating and delivering presentations in a professional setting. As this will require travel, a valid driver's license is required. Design and implement structured change management, communication, and stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies. Prepare comprehensive change plans and programs to support change and transition initiatives. Develop insights related to change management risks and impacts. Create actionable deliverables, such as a communication plan, engagement roadmap, impact analysis, or resistance management plan. Identify metrics and approach to measure user adoption. Coach clients and workstream leads regarding OCM best practices, lessons learned, and current trends. Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance and readiness for change. Facilitate workshops to plan and reinforce change initiatives. Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to the Project/Program Manager. Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change Management, Behavioral Economics, Communication, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading change management and communication efforts. Prosci Change Management Practitioner or equivalent (e.g. Kotter, CCMP). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with technology implementations. Experience applying EHS concepts to management systems. Experience with one or more of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems or quality management systems.
