‍‍ As a Management Consultant - Data & Analytics at Ivy Partners, you will:

• Map out processes by identifying key steps and roles to fully understand the workflow in detail.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement and regularly audit data and analytics processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans, ensuring that they are effective and sustainable.
• Identify potential risks in data and analytics processes and propose strategies to mitigate them, including security and operational risks.
• Report audit findings and process evaluations to senior management, support process owners in adopting new processes and changes.
• Communicate with process owners within data and analytics to onboard process changes, gather feedback, and achieve internal alignment.
