Your tasks:
Our tasks focus on complex transformation projects:
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: Definition of enterprise architecture strategies, governance models, target architectures and roadmaps aligned with business goals and value streams.
Business and application architecture: Design of business capabilities, processes, application portfolios and platform landscapes to enable scalable digital operating models.
Data and integration architecture: Development of modern information, data, API-first, integration, and event-driven architectures that ensure interoperability and business value.
Modernization of legacy systems and technical debt: Leading the transition from legacy systems and monolithic environments to cloud-native, modular, microservices-based architectures. Supporting clients in harmonizing their diverse technology landscapes, managing their technical debt, and controlling their IT migrations.
Technological transformation: You design multi- and hybrid cloud environments as well as new platforms, taking into account requirements such as cloud migration and exit strategies, business process resilience, open-source solutions, maintainability, and modern DevOps organizations and processes.
AI Architecture and Innovation: Promoting AI readiness, defining architectures for AI-powered and agent-based systems, and driving the effective use of AI tools to accelerate architecture development, implementation, and decision-making.
Architecture governance: Establishing architectural principles, standards, processes, and decision-making frameworks to ensure sustainable, company-wide implementation.
Implementation of the transformation: advising stakeholders from business and IT up to the management level, moderating workshops, applying agile methods (e.g. SAFe) and ensuring the successful implementation of architectural changes.
