Your Role – Creating Impact Through Transformation As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced consultants and clients to design and implement solutions that improve how financial institutions operate and perform. From the beginning, you will take on responsibility and contribute to projects such as: Designing and implementing operating models Supporting organizational transformations and new ways of working Optimizing business processes with a digital-first mindset Establishing performance management frameworks Exploring the business value of emerging technologies (e.g., AI) Supporting post-merger integrations and carve-outs Preparing and facilitating workshops with client stakeholders Supporting transformation initiatives across banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, and other Financial Services organizations In addition to client work, you will have the opportunity to develop your own capabilities and contribute to shaping our growing practice and local culture. What You Bring You are about to complete, or have recently completed, a master’s degree from a top university (e.g., business, engineering, economics, finance, or related fields) with strong academic results.
