Your Role As a graduate consultant, you will be part of project teams delivering end-to-end planning transformations across industries. From the start, you will take on real responsibility and contribute to creating measurable impact. Your work will include: Designing planning processes Support the development of forecasting, demand & supply planning, S&OP/IBP, and inventory optimization processes Driving implementation Translate business requirements into structured process designs, governance models, and implementation plans Supporting digital transformations Contribute to the design and rollout of planning solutions (e.g., SAP IBP and other platforms) Enabling change and adoption Prepare and facilitate workshops, support stakeholder alignment, and help embed new ways of working Delivering impact Help optimize planning performance, improve decision-making, and build sustainable capabilities within client organizations What You Bring You are about to complete, or have recently completed, a master’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain, operations research, or business analytics — with strong academic results.
