We are looking for a Management Consultant to join our experienced team, particularly to guide our clients in the food sector on process improvement related to management systems, HACCP, and Food Safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in ISO 9001:2015 and other quality management systems.
· Proficiency in HACCP and IOP/BRC standards.
· University degree in a relevant field (preferably Engineering or Business Administration).
· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Lead Auditor certification.
· Experience in the food industry.
· Project management experience.
· Proficiency in English.
· Fluent Turkish.

· Manage audit preparation processes and conduct internal audits when necessary.
· Maintain effective client relationships and report according to project objectives.
