We’re currently looking for an Associate Director to join our Consulting team in Pōneke / Wellington. This role will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery for our clients and will regularly engage with clients to assess their needs and provide dynamic solutions. You will take the role on engagements - leading project teams to ensure the best possible results for clients and act as a leader and a mentor for your project team; advising them through ambiguity, conducting on the job training, overseeing work on engagement and providing feedback/ performance reviews where necessary. Provide state of the art solutions to complex problems by familiarising yourself with the client's business model, as well as the industry in which they operate whilst building internal and external relationships to establish your network, fortify your knowledge of relevant industries and best practice, and align people to tangible goals to set direction and targets for your Business Unit.
