Role Summary
The " Management Coordinator “will act as the primary support to the business owner, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations, meetings, and task management across multiple companies. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in executive support or operations coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the business owner’s schedule, meetings, and travel plans.
  • Attend meetings, document discussions, and track action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate communication between the business owner, team leaders, and clients to streamline workflows.
  • Oversee task tracking and project progress across companies, providing regular updates.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries to facilitate decision-making.
  • Handle high-priority communications, including emails and calls, and prioritize what requires the business owner’s attention.
  • Maintain a central repository of key documents, meeting notes, and project updates.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes.
