JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Offered at U.S. based resorts, the Management Development Program (MDP) is an intensive immersion program offering participants work experience throughout a resort. Working in a resort and with site leadership, participants will have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate their leadership, management and hospitality skills.
This position is a Non-Exempt Management position and will be paid an hourly rate with overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law. A valid driver’s license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history based on location.
Hourly range is from $25.00/hour to $27.41/hour based on location.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates will need to earn a bachelor’s degree by the time they begin the program. Preferred degree in Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management. Business and Hospitality minor will also be considered
• Candidates should be recent graduates within the current semester or up to two years post-graduation
• Prior hospitality or resort operations experience preferred
