You will be responsible to: utilize data, models, simulations, and algorithms to recognize bottlenecks, waste, risks, and potential for improvement. Based on the analysis, develop and implement new strategies, tools, and methodologies to enhance operations, such as process redesign, automation, and technology integration collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and teams to comprehend their needs, expectations, and constraints while also presenting and defending their recommendations and results conduct audits, assessments, and surveys to collect and analyze information about current and potential systems and processes and develop and test alternative scenarios, options, and strategies to address problems and accomplish objectives apply engineering standards, methods, and tools such as lean Six Sigma, project management quality control, and statistical analysis to design and implement solutions monitor the performance of solutions as well as measure outcomes while making adjustments, as needed foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging employees to identify and implement solutions that enhance operations prepare reports proposals and presentations to document the value of solutions while providing training guidance and support to staff managers and clients on how to use maintain solutions. Requirements: You should have: a Master degree in Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience including past experience in healthcare industry strong analytical and problem-solving skills. excellent communication and interpersonal skills. project management skills. leadership and team management abilities. technical expertise in relevant fields, such as industrial engineering, operations research, or manufacturing. knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies ability to work independently and as part of a team. adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
