What We’re Looking For

This is not entry-level. Strong candidates bring:

• 3–5+ years of success in sales, business ownership, or client-facing leadership.
• 2+ years of direct management experience with direct reports.
• Commitment to building a long-term career in financial services.
• Must be within commuting distance of Moosic, PA (hybrid: 2 days in-office).
