Our mission is "Delivering secure and intelligent digital services that empower organizations" Role Description The Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's data management capabilities by ensuring that information systems are effectively utilized and maintained. This position involves optimizing business processes, analyzing data, and generating insightful reports to support decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain management information systems and databases to support organizational objectives. Gather and analyze data to create comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and security while managing access controls and user permissions. Collaborate with various departments to identify information needs and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Provide training and support for staff on the use of MIS tools and systems. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as necessary to improve functionality and user experience. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to innovate and improve organizational systems. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in management information systems or a related role. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
