QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a corporate or healthcare setting
• Proven success managing hybrid or remote teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Asana, or similar platforms
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Based in or willing to commute to Irvine, CA as needed

• Lead and manage diverse teams across multiple projects and departments
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives
• Foster collaboration between clinical, sales, operations, and technology teams
