Description:

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people’s and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.
At any one time, around 23,000 people in Norfolk and Suffolk are receiving care and attention from the Trust. JOB DESCRIPTION/PERSON SPECIFICATION

Responsibilities:

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information which may include telephone calls from individuals who may sometimes be distressed or upset.
Training will be given, however previous administration experience is essential.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will also be able to evidence working flexibly and have experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintain confidentiality.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Minute taking
Ordering
Recruitment / Interview support
Annual leave / sickness reporting
Logging of supervisions / appraisals
