Responsibilities Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. work on proposals and ongoing campaigns) Participate in company’s strategic planning Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks(e.g. writing proposals, analyzing data, arranging sales meetings) Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Help organize marketing events Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their digital advertising requirements and concerns Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and campaign data Fluent in English. The submitted CV must be in English. Should be proficient in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude, Deepseek, and others. Current enrolled in a related BS or Masters degree and about to graduate. Or Recently graduated. Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords) Fast learner and passion for digital advertising. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Strong verbal and written presentation skills Monthly stipend of IDR 5 million ( Negotiable based on experience ).
