Job Description The 24-month Management Trainee Programme provides structured rotational training across key operational departments—Front Office, F&B Service, Reservations, and Housekeeping to prepare trainees for future leadership roles in the hotel. Responsibilities: Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, inquiries, and calls to ensure smooth Front Office operations and high guest satisfaction Support F&B supervisors with administrative tasks, greet and seat guests, assist with order-taking, serve food and beverages, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness and service standards Perform accurate data entry in Reservations, provide complete and timely information to guests and staff, coordinate with Front Office, verify reservation details, and update knowledge of local events to enhance guest recommendations Assist Housekeeping operations by attending meetings, coordinating uniform fittings, managing inventory, following security and emergency procedures, and supporting sustainability initiatives Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Ability to work a 5-day work week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills applied in guest and team interactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and guests Additional Information At IBIS Singapore on Bencoolen', we are committed to the wellbeing and development of our employees.
