Collaborate with team leads to monitor progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions. Participate in planning sessions, performance evaluations, and strategic initiatives. Conduct research to support business development and optimization efforts. Learn company processes, systems, and best practices to prepare for future leadership responsibilities.
