Why this roles: Work on real campaign across digital and in-store channels not just mock projects Learn by doing with guidance from experienced designers and cross-functional teams Gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, branding, and marketing execution Build a strong portfolio from real business use cases A great starting point for growing your career in digital & creative design What you'll do: Design and adapt visual assets for real campaigns across digital and offline channels (E-commerce banners, Landing pages, in-store and marketing materials Turn briefs into clear, engaging layouts that highlight promotions, key selling points, and brand CI Collaborate with Marketing, and internal teams to bring campaign ideas to life Prepare production-ready files for digital (Web-ready) and print (CMYK, Bleed), with team guidance Revise designs based on feedback and learn real-world workflows from concept to launch Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experiences Confident user of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma is a plus) Curious about digital design, E-commerce, and how marketing campaigns work Strong sense of layout, color, typography, and visual details Open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to improve everyday Comfortable using new tools, including AI, to support creative ideas A collaborative team plater with positive mindset
