Description

Key Responsibilities: · Assist in developing lab dips and shade cards in accordance with customer specifications. · Learn the full shade development process from lab to bulk, including testing and recipe creation. · Support the team in coordinating color approvals and ensuring accuracy in shade continuity. · Maintain and update color databases, approval records, and bulk reference files. · Observe and support troubleshooting activities related to color deviations in production. · Participate in internal review meetings and customer discussions where required. · Adhere to chemical handling and safety procedures as part of the Color Kitchen team. Qualification and Experience: · Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Textile Technology, Applied Science, Chemistry, or a related field. · Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. · A keen eye for color, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. · Basic knowledge of textile dyeing processes will be an added advantage. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills. · Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and data handling.
