Job Responsibilities
You may be required to perform the store opening and closing process.
Ensure smooth operation of all aspects of store including purchasing of materials and coordinating of deliveries.
Supervise daily operations.
Hands-on merchandise display & ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain good housekeeping, security, and work safety.
Inspect incoming material & match it with Purchase Order
Facilitate transactions in a retail environment using point-of-sale software.
Good communication skills to identify customer needs, and provide solutions with good product knowledge.
Perform month-end stock take & data entry
Observe workplace safety, security, and health guidelines in accordance with the company’s policies
Handle special requests from customers and investigate customer complaints
Ensure store cleanliness, food hygiene, and equipment.
Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, timely delivery, billing, etc.
Ensure regular checks are made in the storage facilities and react effectively and efficiently to any accidents in the store
Carry out any other duties as requested by the company to ensure the successful performance of the store.
Take on ad-hoc as and when assigned by Management
