Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Management Trainee to join our Food & Beverage team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Indonesia. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop future leaders in the hospitality industry. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of food and beverage operations while honing your leadership skills. Rotate through different departments within food and beverage operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business Assist in day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and banquet services Learn and apply food safety and hygiene standards in all areas of operation Participate in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management Engage with guests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for F&B outlets Assist in staff training and development initiatives Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability Support the management team in organizing and executing special events and promotions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members Demonstrated leadership potential and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of food and beverage operations and familiarity with hospitality industry trends Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to relocate to Badung, Indonesia for the duration of the training program Internships or part-time work experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
