This comprehensive training program is designed to nurture future leaders in the hospitality sector, providing hands-on experience and invaluable insights into various aspects of food and beverage operations. Rotate through different F&B departments to gain a holistic understanding of operations Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurants, bars, and banquet services Learn and implement food safety and hygiene standards across all operational areas Participate in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management processes Engage with guests to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for F&B outlets Support staff training and development initiatives Analyze key performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions Develop leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on management experiences Qualifications Has Completed His/Her First Internship In Operational Department.
