Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Management Trainee for our Front Office operations in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Indonesia. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive training program designed to develop future leaders in the hospitality industry. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of front office operations while honing your leadership and administrative skills. Assist in managing daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Learn and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop management skills Support the front office team in maintaining accurate guest records and financial transactions Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and guest service standards Shadow experienced managers to gain insights into leadership and decision-making Engage in rotational assignments across various front office functions to gain comprehensive knowledge Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency Qualifications Has Completed His/Her First Internship In Operational Department.
