We are a trusted partner that specializes in in-person interactions to give all customers telecommunications services that best meet their needs. Our Management Trainee team is growing and we are seeking a motivated individual that wants to be a part of that growth.
As a Management Trainee, you will immerse yourself in a fast-paced and uplifting environment that is centralized on professional development, sales training, and customer service etiquette. You must meet with our customers in person to present Frontier products and services and assist with selecting the right service and answering any questions they may have. This role is perfect for those that are excited to dive into customer interactions, sales, problem solving, and building strong relationships within our Management Trainee team and our customers. No prior experience is required, but it is important to note that our management team invests their time in training every Management Trainee with the right tools to succeed!

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate’s degree or some college work is preferred but not required
  • Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
  • A positive mindset towards challenges and dealing with upset customers
  • Ability to multitask multiple sales tasks while maintaining a calm and positive presence for the customer
  • Team player that also thrives in a team environment
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in-person to present Frontier products and services that may fit their telecommunications needs
  • Provide a positive customer experience with active listening, building relationship, and with professionalism
  • Abide by Frontier and company compliance and policies to ensure proper protocol and to protect our customers and clients
  • Assist in training and mentoring new members, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service strategies
  • Spend time in Management Trainee training sessions making sure you are engaging, asking questions and networking to improve customer service and sales strategies
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or upgrade qualified customers for exclusive and promotional services
