Management Trainee Headstart: indicative stint details: •Plant HR: Piramal Pharma being a global pharmaceutical organization, has manufacturing facilities in India as well as internationally. This stint would give you an opportunity to gain hands-on-experience in managing the HR function at one of our India based sites, contributing to the core HR projects that drive our plant’s success. • •Zonal/ Corporate Business HR: Partner with the business units to align the HR initiatives with the business goals and drive strategic HR Projects that makes a difference in the organization. • •Center of Excellence (CoE): Contribute to crafting innovative HR solutions, researching best practices, and implementing initiatives that elevate our global HR framework. Gain insights into cutting-edge HR strategies, working closely with experts to shape the future of HR practices within our organization. • •Community Immersion: Rural stint in collaboration with Piramal Foundation is especially designed for Management Trainees to extend their support to the society and make a difference during a 3-4 weeks rural immersion. Responsibilities

The role involves rotating through four stints including Plant HR, Corporate Business HR, Center of Excellence, and Community Immersion. Trainees will align HR initiatives with business goals and contribute to global HR frameworks and social support projects.
