Management Trainee Headstart: indicative stint details: •Plant HR: Piramal Pharma being a global pharmaceutical organization, has manufacturing facilities in India as well as internationally. This stint would give you an opportunity to gain hands-on-experience in managing the HR function at one of our India based sites, contributing to the core HR projects that drive our plant’s success. • •Zonal/ Corporate Business HR: Partner with the business units to align the HR initiatives with the business goals and drive strategic HR Projects that makes a difference in the organization. • •Center of Excellence (CoE): Contribute to crafting innovative HR solutions, researching best practices, and implementing initiatives that elevate our global HR framework. Gain insights into cutting-edge HR strategies, working closely with experts to shape the future of HR practices within our organization. • •Community Immersion: Rural stint in collaboration with Piramal Foundation is especially designed for Management Trainees to extend their support to the society and make a difference during a 3-4 weeks rural immersion.
