By the end of the training period, they manage and lead a team of 12–15 people. Level 1 — Management Trainee (Month 1–2): Field Sales / Customer Acquisition / Card Activation / Brand Representation Level 2 — (Month 3): Promoter/ SR. Associate Team Support / New Agent Training / Spot Management / Daily Reporting/Recruitment Level 3 — Group Leader/ Team Leader (Month 4–6): Team Management / Territory Operations / Leadership / Conflict Handling Please note: This is not a training program. Key Responsibilities: On-ground NCMC card activation at metro stations, govt offices, and campus areas Meet daily activation target.
