JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Throughout the program, candidates will be exposed to the engineering & manufacturing activities in a fast-paced environment. 2. Gain experience in manufacturing environment with a highly committed team. 3. Expose to on-the-job trainings in different departments. 4. Work on special projects focus on cost reduction, process improvement or problem solving. 5. Gain subject specific knowledge or technical-related competencies by understanding the mechanics of different functions in manufacturing industry. JOB REQUIREMENT 1. Entry-level or fresh university graduate with bachelor’s degree in engineering & science. 2. Proficient in both written and spoken English. 3. Good knowledge in MS-Office applications. 4. Able to think critically, act innovatively, find solutions to problems and communicate ideas effectively.
Responsibilities
The trainee will rotate through various departments to gain experience in engineering and manufacturing activities. They will specifically focus on project charters related to problem solving and cost saving initiatives.
