Location : Indore || Full-Time || Onsite Role Overview: The Management Trainee will link clients, teams, and digital runners to ensure smooth project execution. They will help develop policies, monitor progress, communicate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements. The role also includes supporting financial tracking, managing escalations, and reporting to meet project goals efficiently. Location: Indore | WFO | Onsite Responsibilities: • Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for end-to-end client coordination. • Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals, and objectives • Preparing reports, presentations, and data analyses for weekly review calls and for project performance. • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders (runners, client teams, internal managers) to ensure project goals and KRA’s are met. • Scheduling internal and customer calls, drafting MOMs, and ensuring all action items are tracked and completed on time. • Leading process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions. • Supporting financial tracking like billing, invoicing, and reconciliation with project progress. • Manage team members and handle field escalations in the absence of senior management. • Preparing closure and post-mortem reports at the end of projects. • Supporting financial tracking like billing, invoicing, and reconciliation with project progress. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with management education or relevant internship experience. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, essential for client and team interactions. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with the ability to create reports and presentations. • A proactive approach toward process improvements and eagerness to learn in a fast- paced, tech-driven environment.
