The Management Trainee Officer - HR position is designed for dynamic and motivated individuals eager to build a successful career in Human Resources. This role will involve a mix of hands-on experience, training, and development opportunities to understand various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training development. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior HR personnel to support the implementation of HR policies, assist in recruitment drives, and engage in employee development programs while gaining exposure to the strategic aspects of human resource management. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
