REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. 1 year of related working experience would have an advantage

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to communicate in English and 1 other language
  • Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.
  • Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neatly attired.
  • Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
  • Required to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
  • To be familiarize with the flow of operation within the front-of-house of the restaurant.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
  • Assist in planning & organizing promotions, events and marketing activities.
  • Take part in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Help maintain high standards in food preparation and service quality.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
  • Work with chefs to understand menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and supply management.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in administration duties of the restaurant
  • Assist in operational tasks, including dishwashing when required.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the management team.
