The first-year program is tailored to ensure growth, comprising four distinct stints that expose you to various dimensions of Strategy and M&A within our organization. Headstart Management Trainee: indicative stint details: •Strategy: Drive strategic business initiatives from origination, development and successful execution in alignment with business strategy across multiple stakeholders spread across in multiple geographies. •M&A: Managing and executing all aspects of the company's merger and acquisition activities. This will include developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration. •Investor Relations/ EA to CXOs: Record and relay all information concerning the organization's financial standing to existing and potential investors. Create processes, oversee communications between the company and its shareholders. •Community Immersion: Rural stint in collaboration with Piramal Foundation is especially designed for Management Trainees to extend their support to the society and make a difference during a 3-4 weeks rural immersion.
