Position OverviewWe are looking for a supply chain–minded Management Trainee to join UMe Tea’s fast-growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Supply Chain to support end-to-end supply chain management—from raw material procurement and vendor coordination to logistics, warehousing, and store distribution. Through structured training and hands-on projects, you’ll develop into a capable supply chain leader in the retail F&B industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields preferred.
· Internship or project experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics preferred.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
· Fast learner with problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.

1. Assist in managing raw material procurement plans, monitoring supplier delivery schedules and quality.
2. Help optimize logistics and warehousing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Participate in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management.
4. Conduct supply chain data analysis and cost control, and recommend optimization strategies.
5. Support the development and improvement of supply chain SOPs to standardize processes across all stores.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally to support new store openings and supply chain–related projects.
