Role Overview You will join the Human Resources function in one of two pathways: either as an HR Relationship Manager (HRRM), partnering closely with business teams, or as part of a Centre of Excellence (COE) such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee/Industrial Relations, or Organization Learning. Allocation will be based on business needs. Roles & Responsibilities • As an HRRM: Support business units through core people processes, employee experience, and talent initiatives. • In a COE role: Contribute to organization-wide programs in areas like TA strategy, HR operations excellence, ER/IR governance, or capability building. Requirements • Strong academic record with demonstrated leadership potential. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Location PAN India
