Motus Marketing is a sales and direct marketing firm based in Albuquerque, NM. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with leadership potential who is looking for a chance to grow within our company. This is an entry level position that offers comprehensive training in cross functional departments with the intent for driven individuals to grow into a management role.
The Management Trainee position provides the opportunity for candidates to start on the front end learning how to execute in-store events and promotions for our clients within set retail partners through Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe. As you grow, the right candidate will have the opportunity to learn backend operations like, team management, payroll, and administrative duties!
