Job Summary We are looking for motivated and analytical Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our Finance team. The selected candidates will be placed in either the Treasury or Accounts Payable function based on organizational requirements, qualifications, and assessment outcomes. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical exposure to financial operations, internal controls, ERP systems, and business processes while building a strong foundation for a career in corporate finance. Key Responsibilities Treasury Assist in daily cash flow monitoring and liquidity management. Support bank reconciliations and banking transactions. Prepare cash position reports and treasury-related documentation. Coordinate with banks regarding payments, collections, and account maintenance. Maintain treasury records in accordance with company policies. Support compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Accounts Payable Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and timely. Verify invoices against supporting documents and purchase orders. Prepare payment schedules and coordinate payment processing. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor master data and payment records. Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Strong academic background will be preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
