Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

A brilliant opportunity exists within our Financial Services team for someone who holds strong stakeholder engagement skills.
The 19(2) Exemption Program Manager position will lead engagement in communities between the primary health care providers and Western NSW Local Health District facilities, manage the application to the Ministry of Health and the Commonwealth, develop the operational plan along with all functional aspects such as education and communication of governance, revenue recognition, identification of possible revenue sources and reinvestment strategies.
The role will enjoy dealing with a diverse range of local stakeholders and eligible health professionals and include travel to rural sites across the Health District to implement the initiative.
The successful candidate will work closely with other Financial Services team members (including the Revenue team), Health Service Managers, clinicians, administration teams, local stakeholders and the wider Local Health District.
Core working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (working hours can be agreed with successful candidate).
