The Senior CRM Solutions Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading operational excellence for the CRM team, our agency partners and our internal cross functional teams. You are a master at developing highly efficient processes and tools and are constantly evolving with the business and team needs. You maintain the highest standard of operational execution that drive business results. You lead and develop a high performing CRM team, constantly innovating to propel the team forward.
