We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our CRM team. You will lead and support an engineering team that builds tools to help Quickbooks and Mailchimp customers leverage the power of our combined products to grow their businesses. You will collaborate with cross-functional and
cross-product team members such as product managers, designers, and engineering teams across Intuit to drive our work forward, and you will coach and grow the individual contributors on your team.
We are excited by someone with an understanding of why and how diverse teams build better software/systems and create better cultures. You will understand the importance of culture to the team’s productivity and overall benefit this has to Intuit Mailchimp as a whole.
