Intuit Mailchimp is a leading marketing platform for small businesses. We empower millions of customers around the world to build their brands and grow their companies with a suite of marketing automation, multi channel campaigns, CRM, and analytics tools.
We’re looking for an Engineering Leader who will lead our CRM teams. You will lead an organization of 30+ team members through both technical leaders and front line managers who manage 7 to 12 engineers. CRM ‘s vision is to be the connected end-to-end platform that Mailchimp & Quickbook customers can run and grow their business. Together w/ marketing capabilities, CRM will be offering our customers a set of integrated capabilities that holistically delivers revenue growth and profitability growth for our customers. You will mentor and grow your staff, set the vision and success metrics for the organization and be accountable for critical deliverables that drive improving customer benefits and business outcomes. As part of a cross functional product team, you will work closely with Product Management and Experience Design, as well as other engineering leaders within Mailchimp and Intuit.
We are looking for experienced leaders who have a track record background that delivered customer driven software products w/ deep technical experience, grounded in previous years of hand-on development in high scale, highly available systems that achieved outstanding levels of operational excellence and who has taken those learnings and applied them at scale in their organization. Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our Mountain View, CA or New York, NY office two or more days per week.
