Key Responsibilities * Support the end-to-end governance and execution of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives. * Coordinate across multiple project workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and delivery milestones. * Prepare high-quality executive-level presentations and reports for senior leadership, including CXO-level stakeholders. * Maintain program dashboards, financial tracking, resource planning, and progress reporting using advanced Excel and PowerPoint. * Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and governance forums, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and action items. * Identify program risks, issues, and interdependencies, proactively driving resolution with project teams and leadership. * Support program planning, roadmap development, and milestone tracking across the transformation lifecycle. * Ensure consistent reporting, documentation, and communication across stakeholders and leadership teams. * Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines. Required Skills & Experience * Atleast 5+ years of similar experience in Complex Project Management * Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or strategic initiatives. * Strong consulting background (experience with consulting firms or strategic advisory roles preferred). * Demonstrated ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders including CXO-level leadership. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (data analysis, dashboards, executive presentations). * Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments. * Experience in program governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management. * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
