We are looking for a motivated and capable Senior Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate teams, improve workflow, and support our business expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving ability
• Some experience in operations, sales coordination, or team supervision preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment and managing multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, and ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers
• Background in home improvement, renovation, construction, or screen/window-related industry is a plus, but not required

• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, installation, customer service, and inventory
• Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage and coordinate tasks for the sales and installation teams
• Monitor order fulfillment and project timelines to ensure efficiency and quality
• Maintain vendor and stock control; ensure cost-effective supply chain processes
• Assist in setting team KPIs and streamlining company workflows
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute ideas to enhance performance and productivity
